I really liked this week's Shukudai-kun, guys. :D capncosmo translated the whole ep already (dang she's fast), so I wonder if someone will sub it soon? Hm. DAIGO seems like a pretty awesome guy. I kinda want to look into him more, since I've heard of him before but I don't really know anything about him. But anyway. This week's Shukudai-kun is worth watching for several reasons. For one thing, how good does Sho look in that jacket? ♥ And then Aiba fails TWICE during the food part (fondue!). The first is when he tries to put food in his mouth and hits his teeth. -_-'' The second is when he says that, to him, white chocolate tastes like love. That's almost as amazing as when he said that lemon thing tasted like the autumn sky. Aiba, my love for you knows no bounds. ♥ But THE GAME. Aiba's new incredibly fail game in which you get a situation, like Daigo's was "The way you say 'Maji?!' when you wake up one morning to find you've turned into a woman." (Daigo was really funny, by the way.) They were all pretty great, but the best was poor Ohno. Aiba told him to do the "..." one, and the situation was "The '...' when you see a UFO" and his face was just totally blank for a good like ten seconds and then he was like "Wa- Ju- Hold up!" and Aiba went and was like, "Leader, I'm sorry, I'm so sorry!" Ahaha. Okay, it probably sounds stupid the way I'm explaining it, but believe me, it was HILARIOUS.
And then I just watched the new G no Arashi! Well, it's not "new," but you all know what I mean. First off, a question: What is the song that they're writing, does anyone know? I'm wondering if it's Fight Song, but I mean, I honestly have no idea at all and I'm probably totally wrong. Fight Song might be older than G no Arashi, but I wouldn't know. ^_^'' Anyway, I'm just curious. So. This episode. Dude, that new half girl (guy?) TOTALLY DOES look like a girl. I'd never guess that she's a guy, or, um, a half-guy? idek. No wonder Ohno was confused. XD Anyway, Ohno obviously enjoyed dressing up as a girl WAY too much. He was a pretty convincing new half. And does he have no shame at all? The way he was talking to that guy, omg. XDDD And him getting harrassed by that other new half woman (man?) was pretty hilarious, haha. But really, the whole confession was SO CUTE. And he liked her too! It wasn't even the "I'll give it a shot, I guess" thing. From the moment she started talking about giving him chocolate and stuff, he looked so excited, with a big smile on his face! Super cute. Anyway, this G no Arashi gets four stars. Awesome.
Well, I finally started revising my story for my fiction writing class...which I should've started working on a long time ago. -_-'' So it probably won't be super-duper-amazing by the time I have to turn it in next week, BUT even from what I've done so far, I already feel a lot better about it. But man, I have to start writing the essays about my classroom observation stuff... I don't think they'll be very hard to write, it's just that they both have to be ten pages. All this stuff, plus a pretty easy assignment for my multicultural children's lit class, all due next Thursday, the last day of classes. *sigh* I've had plenty of time to work on this stuff too, but like I've said before, I'm just so *lazy* this semester. But it seems to be working out, cuz I've still been getting A's. ^_^'' I just have to put forth some effort this week to make sure I'm not having to pull an overnighter next Wednesday, lol.
But I have lots of fun stuff to look forward to too! Jamie's going to be joining me and Yuri for our annual Christmas cookie making this Friday. ♥ And then next week is Yuri's birthday and we're going to karaoke! :D And the week after that is bounenkai! Which means getting to see all my J-club friends that I haven't been able to see all that much this semester, plus lots of amazing Japanese food, and the karaoke contest! I signed up, but I'm kind of scared, since it's actually a contest and there will probably be a whole lot of people watching me sing... >///< I'm pretty sure I'll be singing Sakura Sake, which I should be okay on, since I know a lot of the words already. I need to brush up on some of them, though. But what I'm most scared about is the rap! Since I'm singing by myself, there'll be no one to cover up for me, so I'm actually going to try to learn the rap. I hope I can do it. I think the Sakura Sake PV I have is karaoke subbed, so I'm going to use that to practice. If I can pull of the rap, I'll feel pretty dang good about myself.
This entry ended up being pretty long and rambly... Gomen. ^_^'' |
